Supported MFPs and Card Readers

Equitrac recommends that you use the latest firmware version for your MFP model. Consult the HP website for firmware updates.
Equitrac Embedded for HP OXP supports Equitrac USB (Universal Serial Bus) card readers that can be attached to an MFP with a USB connector. For a list of Equitrac Embedded for HP OXP supported card readers, you can download a PDF file under the Supported Card Readers section of this web page.
When installing Equitrac USB card readers, make sure that the HP MFP is turned off before connecting the card reader. Card readers connected while the MFP is turned on are not recognized by the new card reader hardware. Consequently, if you disconnect the card reader while the MFP is turned on and then reconnect the card reader, the MFP will not recognize the card reader until it is restarted.
