For example, if the input file version is PDF 1.5 and if the "Output PDF format" is set to PDF/A-1a, PDF/A-2a or PDF/A-3a, the output PDF document is PDF/A-1b,PDF/A-2u or PDF/A-3u respectively.

For a complete list of supported input file formats and respective output PDF formats, see the Kofax TotalAgility Administrator's Guide.

        4. To embed the source files in the normalized PDF file, select Embed original source file. This option is only available when Output PDF format is set to PDF/A-3a, PDF/A-3b or PDF/A-3u.
Note If the input source file is of XML type, it is not embedded in the normalized PDF file.

If required, you can modify these settings by specifying the updated settings in the XML format. The settings specified here will override the default KFXConverter settings. If you leave this field blank, the default KFXConverter settings are used.

To create XML for updating KFXConverter settings, see Create XML format for KFXConverter settings.

For detailed description of KFXConverter settings, refer to the Kofax TotalAgilty Administrator's Guide.

When you upgrade TotalAgility from version 7.7.0 or lower, any settings modified in the KFXConverter.ini file remains intact. Any settings changed using this field will override the settings in the KFXConverter.ini file.
