View FTP logs

FTP download functionality has its own log subsystem, which is separate from other Insight logs. Use this procedure to view FTP logs.

  1. In the Documents Tree, select File Processor > FTP Log.

    The FTP Log window appears.

  2. Specify the event type to view.
  3. Enter the date interval for the logs to view.
  4. Click OK.

    The FTP Log appears.
