Data load of the process

Typically, during a process data load all instances are pulled from records mapped to steps. If some instance has already finished the process (for example, reached the final step) during the previous data load and now it is missing, the system by default re-opens this instance. This process can be time-consuming and to save time, you can select the Disable re-opening instances property in the Property Panel to avoid reopening and force recreation of such instances.
