Export project APIs

For a Kofax Analytics project, you can include project APIS in the export files.One file <document name>.API.xml is generated for each record, metric, translation table, or process. APIs include the following information:

  • Database name
  • A list of record fields/metric dimensions/translation table attributes/process properties:
    • Database name
    • ID
    • Type (Integer, Float, Strings, or more)
    • Length (For string fields)
    • Translation table
    • User filter
    • Purpose (Dimension, Time, Value, Weight)

  1. In Studio, on the toolbar, open Tools and click Export.

  2. On the Export of <project name> screen, select all the required documents to export.

  3. Select Export to separate files and Export documents API.

  4. Click Export and wait until the process completes.

    A ZIP file with the name TBD is downloaded. The APIs are also included in the exported files.
