Export a Studio project

Use this option to export a project from Studio.

  1. Launch Studio.
  2. On the \, select the required project from the drop-down list.
  3. On the toolbar, click Tools and then the Export button.

    Export of <project name> window appears.

  4. Select the documents that you need to export or select the Check all check box, and then click Export.

    Select the Export data check box if you need to export existing data of the project.

    Select the Clear data sources check box to exclude the paths to the data sources from the exported file. After the project is imported, the user fills in the data sources.

  5. Click OK to clear the message confirming successful data import.

    A ZIP file with the name Project_<project name>_<mm.dd.yyyy+hh-mm-ss>.zip is downloaded.
