Cache reports

Cache reports are scheduled to run to place data into the server cache. They are not used as reports themselves, but rather work to make the later reports load faster by placing the data into the cache for faster retrieval.

  1. On the Documents Tree, right-click Reports and select New Cache Report.
  2. Name the report and click OK.

    The Cache report editor appears.

  3. In the Views pane, click Edit view list. Select the Views to add to the report.
  4. In the Data filtering pane, configure filtering if required. If you select "Filter by," all data based on a translation table will be filtered.
  5. In the Generation pane, enable generation and specify the frequency if required.
  6. Save the changes.

Advanced cache reports

The Advanced Cache report functions the same as the cache report but uses a generation record.
