The Property Panel in the Dashboard Designer functions the same as it does in the rest of Studio by allowing you to configure a component to the finest granularity possible.

All properties of the selected component are available here. You can search within the Property Panel to find the property you want. You can alter the values here directly and the changes are immediately shown in the component.
