Create New

Document

Creates a new document from one or more selected pages. If more than one form type is defined for the document class, the Select Form Type window appears. From this window, you can select a form type.

Folder

Creates a new folder.

Child Folder

Creates a child folder beneath the currently selected folder. If there is more than one folder class associated with the batch, then the Select Folder Class window displays so you can pick a folder class for the folder. If there's only one folder class assigned to the batch class, then a child folder is created based on that folder class.

Field group

Insert Above

Adds a table row above the current row.

If the selected row is not valid, you cannot insert a row above it. For example, a row is not valid if it exceeds the maximum number of characters.

Insert Below

Adds a table row below the current row.

If the selected row is not valid, you cannot insert a row below it. For example, a row is not valid if it exceeds the maximum number of characters.

Delete Row

Deletes the selected row.

Clipboard group

Paste

Pastes the objects.

Cut

Cuts the selection and places it on the clipboard.

Copy

Copies the selection and places it on the clipboard.

Select All

Selects the entire document.
