This window is used to enter and save authentication information (user name and password). The Remote Synchronization Agent (RSA) uses this information to authenticate a remote site user.

If the Kofax Capture installation has been converted to a remote site, the specified user name and password are saved and validated by connecting to the central site Web server. If the installation has not yet been converted to a remote site, the specified user name and password are saved but not validated.

If the Kofax Capture installation is already a remote site and you enter invalid credentials, the window redisplays until correct credentials are entered or you click Cancel.

The server name is the central site Web server.

User Name

Enter a valid Web server account (user name).

Password

Enter a valid password.
