Viewing the Contents of a Batch

  • View filters: Using the controls in the Batch View group, filter the documents and pages that are displayed in the Batch Contents tree view.

  • Zoom options: Using Zoom options and the Retain Zoom feature, zoom or scale the display of an image.

  • Scale to gray: On the View tab, in the Display group, select or clear the Scale to Gray check box to improve the appearance of scaled images.

  • Index Field panel: Using the Index Field panel, view the index fields defined for a folder or document, or enter/validate index data.
