Partial Export Errors Window

If your batch contains rejected documents that are partially exported, this window appears when the Quality Control module first opens the batch.

A document is flagged as partially exported if the document could not be exported by all the assigned export connectors for the document class. For example, if a document is supposed to be sent to three destinations but is sent successfully to only two, it is flagged as having a partial export error.

This window informs you of which documents have such errors.

Documents rejected in this manner are not visible in the document tree in the Batch Contents panel.

Notes

This area contains a read-only list of all the documents that are partially exported. Each line also contains information about the connector and error that caused the problem. The document order number is shown, followed by the document note. The document note has the following format: Export Error: Connector #{Connector#} ({Name}) [{Error}]

  • The Connector # is the order number of the connector within the set of assigned export connectors for that document class.
  • The Name is the assigned export connector (destination) name, if present. If no destination name is assigned, the export connector name is used.
  • The Error text depends on the export connector used.
