Station Versions Window

Use this window to view, copy, or print details for each workstation in a Kofax Capture client/server installation, including:

  • Site Name: Lists the name of the site where the product is installed. The Site Name value is set during installation.

  • Computer Name: Lists the computer name for the server or workstation. On a central site server, all computer names for remote sites are listed if they are configured to send batches to the central site.

  • Version: Lists the current version of Kofax Capture running on the server or workstation. The version is refreshed when a module is launched or when the RSA (Remote Synchronization Agent) is run.

  • Date: Lists the date of the most recent Kofax Capture update.

Note The Station Versions window is available only from the Administration module.

Click any column heading to sort the list. The sort order is saved on a per-user basis.

The following context menu options are available when you right-click anywhere on the Station Versions window:

  • Select All: Selects the entire listing.

  • Copy: Copies the selected text, including headers, in tab delimited format for use in a spreadsheet or other tool. Preserves the tabular format.

  • Copy Text in CSV Format: Copies the selected text, including headers, in CSV format for use in a spreadsheet or other tool. Preserves the tabular format.

  • Page Setup: Opens a standard Page Setup window where you set preferences for paper size, page orientation, and margins.

  • Print Preview: Opens a window for previewing the table before printing it. Use the column headings to adjust the table appearance. Any adjustments are applied when you print the table.

  • Print: Sends the Station Versions listing to the printer connected to your computer.
