Workflow Agent Properties Window - General Tab
This window lists all the registered settings for the selected workflow agent. The settings are based on the information in the .aex file for the workflow agent. The properties are listed for reference purposes only; you cannot edit them.

Description
Lists the description of the purpose of the custom module.
Workflow agent ID
Lists the name for the workflow agent.
Version
Lists the version of the workflow agent.
Icon file
Lists the path and file name for the icon associated with the workflow agent.
Skip if cannot load
Specifies the Kofax Capture behavior if the workflow agent cannot be loaded. By default, the system places the batch in error if it cannot load the workflow agent on a particular workstation. However, with this flag set, the system ignores this fact, and assumes you don't want the workflow agent executed on the system.
Invoke workflow agent upon batch deletion
Indicates that the workflow agent is invoked when a batch is deleted (either manually from Batch Manager or a custom module, or automatically when the batch is exported). This setting is intended for use with the Kofax Analytics for Capture workflow agent.
If the check box is not selected, the workflow agent is invoked only when a batch is closed.
