Use this window to select data from SharePoint. If using managed metadata, this window displays the values from the SharePoint Validation window in a tree format when you click Expand.

If the column supports it, you can place multiple items in the selected field and you add new items to the list.

Text field

Type or select valid SharePoint values for this field.

Expand button

Expose or conceal a list of values. This button is only enabled for managed metadata.

Select button

Select a highlighted tree element and place it in the text field.

Add New button

If the column allows it, add new items to the list. Items are added below the current highlighted position. If the column does not allow it, this button is unavailable.

Tree View

Select an item in the tree to highlight that value.

Select button

Select the currently highlighted item and place it in the field to the right of the button. If the column allows it, you can place multiple items in this field. If the column does not allow it, this button is unavailable.
