Sorting the List of Open Batches

You can sort the list of open batches on the Open Batch window. You can also control which fields are used to sort the list.

To sort the list of open batches, from the Open Batch window, click any heading in the table of open batches. For example, click Name to sort the batches in ascending order by batch name. Additional sorting is performed, based on headings specified with the Sort window.

You can specify additional fields on which to sort the list.

  1. On the Open Batch window, right-click the list of open batches.
  2. Select Sort.
    The Sort window appears.
  3. Select fields from the list of Available Fields and click Add.
    The fields are added to the Sort Order list.
  4. Click OK.
