This window is displayed if you attempt to close a batch that has partially exported documents. See the topic on the Partial Export Errors window for more information about partial exports. If you do not have batches with partial export errors, this window does not appear.

OK button

Click this button to close the window and unreject all partially exported documents. Unrejecting the documents causes documents that were not successfully exported to go through the process flow again. Kofax Capture then tries to export them to destinations that failed on the previous pass. The document is not re-exported to a destination that succeeded.

This allows you to attempt to rectify simple problems with export destinations (for example, an off-line drive) before trying again.

Cancel button

Click this button to close the window without unrejecting the partially exported documents. The batch is not closed.

Show Errors button

Click this button to display the Partial Export Errors window. This window is normally displayed when first opening a batch with partially exported documents. When you open it from here, the contents of this window display a current list of rejected partially exported documents.
