Document

Creates a new document from one or more selected pages. If more than one form type is defined for the document class, the Select Form Type window appears.

Folder

Creates a new folder.

Child Folder

Creates a child folder under the currently selected folder. If there is more than one folder class associated with the batch, the Select Folder Class window appears. If only one folder class is assigned to the batch class, a child folder is created based on that folder class.

Field group

Insert Above

Adds a table row above the current row.

If the selected row is not valid, you cannot insert a row above it. For example, a row is not valid if it exceeds the maximum number of characters.

Insert Below

Adds a table row below the current row.

If the selected row is not valid, you cannot insert a row below it. For example, a row is not valid if it exceeds the maximum number of characters.

Delete Row

Deletes the selected row.

Clipboard group

Paste

Pastes the objects.

Cut

Cuts the selection and places it on the clipboard.

Copy

Copies the select and places it on the clipboard.

Select All

Selects the entire document.
