Use this window to specify override routing rules on a per batch class basis and override the default batch routing specified for the central site profile on the Batch Routing tab.

Based on batch routing for the central site profile

Routes the batch based on the settings on the Batch Routing tab for the central site profile. Use this option when you have previously overridden the batch routing and want to return the routing to its default state for the central site. No override occurs.

Use the following batch routing rules

This option routes the batch based on the settings on the Module Assignments section of this window. Use this option to create new override rules.

Module Assignments

Lists the Kofax Capture modules you can assign to the central site or to the remote sites. By default, only the Scan and Export modules are processed at a central site (the site where the batch is created).

The Module column lists a list of available modules.

Note The Module column includes both the Kofax Capture standard modules and any registered custom modules to run at remote sites.

The Assigned Site column lists the site to which a module is assigned. You can assign the module to {Central Site}, or any registered remote site.

A registered remote site is a remote site that is synchronized and displayed in the Remote Site Manager window.

Module description

The Module description box displays a description of the selected module.

Rescan Location

When a batch is closed with an error, it is routed to the Quality Control module. Use the rescan location to specify the site where the Quality Control module is launched to process the problem batch.

Retain images at each remote site

Retains batch images at each remote site where the batch is routed until the batch is exported from the central site, or deleted. This option is selected by default.
