Batch group

Create

Opens the Create Batch window where you can create a new batch.

Process

Starts the processing module associated with the selected batch.

Recall Remote

Recalls a batch that has been transferred to a remote site. This gives the central site a way to get the batch back if the remote site has become unreliable or unavailable. If a batch is recalled from a remote site, any work done at the remote site is lost. Once a batch is recalled, all the subsequent processing remains at the central site regardless of the routing rules applied to the batch. A workflow agent can override this behavior and route the batch to some site other than the central site.

Create Log

Logs history information for in-process batches to a log. In the batch history log file, the user name for all batches is listed as the name of the user who runs the log process.

Remove Access

Removes the user or group access rights that was assigned to the batch by a custom workflow agent. This option is available only to a user with Admin rights, or a user or group member that has the option Allow Batch Manager to edit batches that were granted access rights by a Custom Workflow Agent enabled.

Edit group

Delete

Deletes one or more selected batches.

Unreject All

Unrejects all batches from the error state.

Unreject Selected

Unrejects one or more selected batches from the error state.

Batch Class Update

Updates batches or groups of batches to use the latest published version of their assigned batch classes.

Batch Properties

Opens the Batch Properties window.
