Batch Properties Window - General Tab
Use this window to display properties for a batch.

Allow Batch Manager to edit batches that were granted access rights by a Custom Workflow Agentoption must be selected in the User Profile Properties window or the Group Profile Properties window.
- Name

Displays the name of the current batch.
- Priority

Lists the initial priority for this batch class. It can be any value from 1 to 10, with 1 being the highest priority. The default is 5.
The priority value specifies the order in which batches created with this batch class are processed at each module in the queue. It is most significant in the unattended modules, as operators in attended modules may select batches in any order. During production, the priority may be changed in the Scan module or Batch Manager. - Description

Enter up to 80 characters. The description, used for informational purposes only, is displayed whenever properties for the batch are displayed.

Lists the name of the current processing queue.
- Status

Lists the status of the batch.
- Pages per document

Select the number of pages per document. You might want to do this if all the documents in the batch contain the same number of pages. This option is only available if the method of separation for the batch is
fixed pages.

Select the number of documents in the batch. This might be helpful for detecting whether the expected number of documents are processed.

Displays the station ID where the batch was created.
- Associated central site

Displays the central site associated with a batch. A batch becomes associated with a central site when it is:

Uploaded to a central site.

Created locally at a central site.

Displays the date the batch was created.
- Actual documents per batch

Displays the actual number of documents in the batch.
- Actual pages per batch

Displays the actual number of pages in the batch.

If one or more batch fields are defined for the batch, they are listed here. If no batch fields are defined, this section is not displayed.
