Use the Move options to set preferences for moving the statistics to a separate database. The Move options go into effect when you click Yes.

The same options are also available in the event that you decide later to move statistics back to the system database by selecting Use system database again.

• Change the configuration without moving statistical data: Retains any existing statistical data in the system database while writing new statistical data to a separate database when you apply this option. As a result, the accuracy of reports at the current site may be affected.

  When you apply this option in a KCNS environment, existing tracking data at the remote site is not uploaded to the central site.

• Change the configuration and move statistical data only for current batches: Leaves the statistical data for exported or deleted batches in the system database, while moving statistical data for batches currently in the system to the new database.

  In a KCNS environment, existing tracking data for exported or deleted batches is not synchronized when you apply this option. As a result, the accuracy of reports at the current site may be affected.

• Change the configuration and move all statistical data: (Default) Moves all statistical data to a new, separate database.

• Delete old statistical data:

  To remove existing statistical data for the current database after the data is moved to a separate database, select the check box. This option does not apply if you select the option to move all statistical data to a new, separate database.
