Batch Class |
Opens the Create Batch Class window, where you can create a new batch class. As part of your batch class definition, you specify the name for the batch class, define batch fields, specify the queues to use for processing, and other settings that affect an entire batch. |

Document Class New Document Class Existing Document Class |
Opens the Create Document Class window, where you can create a new document class. As part of the document class definition, specify the name for the document class, define index fields, and other settings that affect all forms in the document class. You can insert a new or existing document class. |

Folder Class New Folder Class Insert a Folder Class |
Opens the Create Folder Class window where you can create a new folder class. As part of your folder class definition, specify the name of the folder class, and define folder index fields. This option is only available when the Batch or Folder class tree view tab is selected. You can insert a new or existing Folder class. |

Form Type |
Opens the Create Form Type window, where you can create a new form type. As part of your form type definition, specify the name for the form type, image cleanup processing options, page-level bar code options, and other settings that affect forms of this form type. This option is only available when a document class is selected from the Batch class tree view tab or the Document class tree view tab. |

Field Type |
Opens the Create Field Type window, where you can create one or more new field types. As part of the field type definition, specify the name of the field type, data type information, and known values. |

External Field Type |
Opens the Select Data Source window, where you can select the source (such as Microsoft SharePoint). Any data in an index field created from this source is validated against the selected source. |

Zones group |

Creates a new index zone or index group zone. |

Registration New Registration Zone New Shape Registration Zone Reset Registration Point |
Creates a new registration zone or shape registration zone, and resets the registration point. |
