System Status Report
Use the
System Status report to monitor the current status
of
Kofax Capture. The
report lists the total number of batches for each module, broken down by batch
status. This
snapshot
report has no date or time options and includes the
following components.
Report Title
Lists the report title (in this case
System Status
).
Logo
Displays the default Kofax Capture logo, or a custom logo of your choice.
Column Headings
The System Status report includes the following headings.
- Module Name

Lists the module name.
- In Progress Batches

Lists statistics about batches with a status of
in progress.
- Batches

Lists the number of batches in each module.
- Documents

Lists the number of documents in each module.
- Pages
- Lists the number of pages in each module.
- Waiting Batches

Lists statistics for batches that are not yet in progress.

Lists the number of batches in each module.
- Documents

Lists the number of documents in each module.
- Pages
- Lists the number of pages in each module.
- Total Batches

Contains totals for all batches, regardless of status.

In Progress
batches, this is the number of documents in the batch when the session started. This number is not updated as documents are processed within a session. - Pages

Lists the total number of pages in each module. For
In Progress
batches, this is the number of pages in the batch when the session started. This number is not updated as pages are processed within a session.
Tabular Data
The actual data that comprises the report. This data is based on the System Status Report query.
Totals Row
Contains totals for the data columns. The total is the simple sum of the values in each column.
Chart
A graphical representation of the tabular data. For the System Status report, this is a stacked bar chart that shows the total number of pages for each module. The modules in the chart are sorted by the number of waiting pages. Only the top 10 modules are shown.
Footer
Contains the page number, and the date and time the report is generated.
