Repairing a Database

If you select Oracle or IBM DB2 as your database configuration, the Database Utility Repair and Compact tab is disabled. For best results, repair your database before compacting it.

  1. Start the Database Utility.
  2. Select the Repair and Compact tab.
  3. Select one of the database types.
  4. Select a database name.
  5. Click Repair.
