Suspending a Batch

You can suspend a batch before processing is completed. This postpones the processing of the batch without sending it to the next module in the queue.

You can open and process other batches while the current batch is suspended.

  1. On the Home tab, in the Batch group, click Suspend.
  2. Click OK.

    You are prompted to save index data.

  3. To save the index data, click OK; otherwise, click No.

To resume processing, open the batch.
