Sorting the List of Open Batches

You can sort the list of open batches on the Open Batch window. 

To sort the list of open batches, from the Open Batch window, click on any heading in the table of open batches. For example, click Name to sort the batches in ascending order by batch name. Additional sorting is performed based on headings specified with the Sort window.

  1. From the Open Batch window, right-click on the list of open batches.
  2. Select Sort.
    The Sort window appears.
  3. Select fields from the list of Available Fields, then click the Add button.
  4. Click OK.
Note Sorting the batches only sorts the list of open batches on the Open Batch window. It doesn’t change the priority of a batch or the order in which batches are processed.
