Suspended

Batch has been suspended before it finished processing at the queue listed in the Queue column. This postpones the processing of the batch without sending it to the next queue. Note that a suspended batch is not reserved for a specific operator. Once suspended, the batch is available for processing at the designated queue to any Kofax Capture user who has rights to it.

In this case, if you open the Batch Properties Window - General Tab, the actual document count still shows the total number of documents in the batch.

Scan User

  • If user profiles are enabled, the column shows either Kofax Capture user ID or a linked user ID.
  • If user profiles are disabled, the column shows the Windows login profile name.
  • If the batch has any status other than In Progress, the User ID column displays no value.

Batch fields

If one or more batch fields are defined for the batch, they are listed here. If no batch fields are defined, this section is not displayed.
