Marking Pages as Non-Blank

Pages with a minimal amount of content are sometimes detected as blank by mistake. While viewing pages detected as blank in the Batch Contents panel, you can mark them as "non-blank" if necessary. Pages marked as non-blank are retained in the batch, and the appearance of the thumbnail changes to reflect the change from "blank" to "non-blank."

  1. From the Batch Contents tree view, select the page that is currently indicated as blank.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • Right-click to display the context menu, and then click Mark As Non-blank.

    • On the Home tab, in the Page group, click Mark As Non-blank.

The appearance of the thumbnail changes to indicate that the page is not blank.
