Batch Manager - Kofax Menu
Contains frequently used controls for performing basic tasks such as creating a new batch, opening or deleting a batch, suspending a batch and viewing batch properties. Click the Kofax Button to open the Kofax menu.

Create Batch |
Opens the Create Batch window, where you create a new batch. |

Process Batch |
Starts the processing module associated with the selected batch. |

Delete Batch |
Deletes one or more selected batches. |

Recall Remote Batch |
Recalls a batch that has been transferred to a remote site. This gives the central site a way to get the batch back if the remote site has become unreliable or unavailable. If a batch is recalled from a remote site, any work done at the remote site is lost. Once a batch has been recalled, all the subsequent processing remains at the central site regardless of the routing rules applied to this batch. A workflow agent can override this behavior and route the batch to some site other than the central site. |

Opens the Batch Properties window. |

Options |
Opens the Options Window - Display Tab where you can update the color scheme in the user Kofax Capture interface, select a display language, or change the port for the licensing service, KCNS, and BNS services. |

Exit |
Exits the Batch Manager module. |
