Options Window - Advanced Tab
Use this tab to change default ports for the licensing service, BNS, and KCNS services.
To change the port, you must have Windows Administrator rights, otherwise, a warning message displays when you attempt to change ports.
If Kofax Capture user profile is enabled, you must also have administrator rights to change service ports.
Note Besides the default port 2424, the ports for licensing service, BNS and
Kofax Capture
services cannot be the same. For example, if you set the licensing service port to 1111, the port for BNS and
KCNS
services cannot be set to 1111.
