Opening a Batch

You open an existing batch with the Open Batch window. When you launch the module, the Open Batch window is automatically displayed if batches are ready for processing.

Note the following:

  • When the Open Batch window is displayed, click the Refresh button to update the list of open batches.

  • To sort the list of open batches, click any heading in the Open Batches table. You can further control the sort order with the Sort window. To display this window, right-click anywhere in the table of open batches and select Sort.

  1. On the Home tab, in the Batch group, click Open.
    The available batches are listed in the table of open batches.
  2. From the Open Batch window, select a batch.
  3. Double-click a batch or click OK.

You can view the properties for a batch before you open it. To do so, select a batch from the list of open batches. Right-click your mouse. From the context menu, select Properties.
