Open and modify a process

You can open and modify a process.

  1. Navigate to Workflow > Business Processes.
  2. Click the row for the process to modify.
    The business process opens in a new tab.
  3. Make changes as needed.
  4. Save the process.

Modify a process in TotalAgility on Azure tenant

You can open TotalAgility on Azure tenant and further expand your process created in TotalAgility on Integration Server.

When you modify a process in Azure, the nodes configured to execute on integration server will be read-only. You cannot configure those nodes in Azure. (The Configuration tab is not available.)

You can add more nodes; however, the following node types are not available for the process in Azure:

  • Exchange

  • SharePoint

  • Micro Focus Content Manager

  • CRM

  • Export

For any nodes added to a process in Azure, the Execute on Integration property is not enabled (read-only).
