Images associated with a form are also imported and exported when importing or exporting a form. On exporting a form, any associated image is added to the form zip file. On importing a form, any associated image is added to the database, and to the image location. The image name must be unique.

Upgrading from a previous version of on-premise TotalAgility does not add images to the database. Therefore, when you open the form, these images are not available in store (the Load from store option is clear.)

Upgrading from a previous version of TotalAgility in Azure automatically adds images that TotalAgility provides, to the database. Therefore, when you open the form, these images are available in store (the Load from store option is selected.)

If the image is referenced through a URL, on upgrade, the image is not available in store.
