Maintain a checklist template

You can modify, copy, and delete a checklist template.

Modify a checklist template

When modifying a checklist template, you can only change its category and description.

  1. Navigate to System data > Checklist templates.
    The Checklist templates page displays the templates available within your working category.
  2. To display the checklist templates within a specific category, select the category on the Category list.

    Alternatively, to display a specific checklist template, enter the name of the templates in the Search field and click .

  3. Click the checklist template to modify.
  4. Make changes as needed.
  5. Click Save.

Copy a checklist template

  1. Navigate to System data > Checklist templates.
    The Checklist templates page displays the templates available within your working category.
  2. On the context menu for the checklist template to copy, click Copy.
    A copy of the checklist template prefixed with Copy 1 of to the <Checklist template name> appears on the Checklist templates page.
  3. Make changes, such as rename the checklist template.
  4. Click Save.

Delete a checklist template

  1. Navigate to System data > Checklist templates.
    The Checklist templates page displays the templates available within your working category.
  2. On the context menu for the checklist template to delete, click Delete.
    On confirmation, the selected checklist template is deleted.
