View associations

View associations for a process, variable, or a milestone.

View associations for a process

  1. Open the process.
  2. On the Modeling bar, click the File tab and click Associations.

    The processes being used by this process and the processes using this process are displayed, if any

View associations for a variable

  1. Open the process and on the Modeling bar, click Variables.
  2. On the context menu of the variable for which to view associations, click Associations.

    The Variable associations dialog box is displayed where the associations are grouped under two tabs:

    • Process: Includes process level associations.

    • Activity: Includes activity level associations.

  3. Click OK to close the dialog box.

View associations for a milestone

  1. Open the process and on the Modeling bar, click Milestones.
  2. On the context menu of the milestone for which to view associations, click Associations.

    The Milestone associations dialog box is displayed where the associations are grouped under two tabs:

    • Process: Includes process level associations.

    • Activity: Includes activity level associations.

  3. Click OK to close the dialog box.
