Assign access permissions for Transformation Designer

You can grant access to Transformation Designer by assigning resources or groups access permissions to capture design. Resources with access permissions to capture design can also manipulate classification groups, extraction groups and folder types within the TotalAgility Designer.

  1. Navigate to System > System settings > Access control list.
  2. In the Access Permissions group, click Capture design.

    The Access control list - Capture design dialog box is displayed.

  3. Click .
  4. On the Name list, select a group or individual whom to give access permissions.

    To select the group or individual from a specific category, click Default Category and select the category from the Category list.

  5. On the Type list, select the type of access permission as Full control, Read write or Read.
  6. Click Add.
  7. Repeat steps 3, 4, 5, and 6 to assign access permissions to more resources.
  8. Click Save.
