Unlock a process

Whenever a process is released, it is locked by default so that other resources cannot modify it. You can unlock a process to allow modification.

  1. Navigate to Workflow > Business Processes.
  2. On the context menu of the process to unlock, click Unlock.
On confirmation, the process is unlocked and is available for modification.
Note You can lock a process again. When you open an unlocked process, a message appears to confirm whether to lock the process for modification. Once you confirm locking, the process is locked.
