View all case jobs using the case reference
View the jobs created on case and case fragment maps in your work queue and job list web parts and filter the results by case reference ID.
- Open the web part, such as Work Queue.

On the Web Part menu, click
Modify Shared Web Part.
The Work Queue web part appears in the edit mode.
- Enter the Case Reference ID, such as TotalAgility1.

Click
Apply and click
OK.
The system lists the case jobs that match the case reference ID.
