Unlock a business rule

Whenever a business rule is opened, it is locked by default so that other resources cannot modify it. Use the Unlock option to allow modification.

  1. Navigate to Workflow > Business rules.
  2. On the context menu of the business rule to unlock, click Unlock.
    The business rule is unlocked and is available for modification. On the business rule list, the "Locked by" resource of an unlocked business rules is displayed as Unknown.
