Our system crashed and we cannot process the documents that were in the system at the time
When a Kofax ReadSoft Entrance module crashes, there may be items locked in the database. Do this:
- Start the module that crashed.
- If the problem is still there, follow the instructions in starting a module after a crash.
- If the problem is still there, unlock the items in the database.
