Check document identification
Identification control is an advanced function of Optimize. You can use it to help determine why a document was not identified correctly.
Use it when you have learned an document definition, but you receive documents from that sender that Kofax ReadSoft Entrance does not identify.
To use Identification control in Optimize:
- Select and open the document profile that contains the document definition you want to examine.
- Double-click the document definition.
- When the document definition is displayed, click Identification control.
- When the Identification control dialog is displayed, select the image file of the document that Kofax ReadSoft Entrance cannot identify and click Identify.
