Verify invoices: An overview

After your documents are interpreted, you use the Verify module to verify that the interpreted information is correct. Verify shows you the field values and statuses and asks you to adjust and/or approve Kofax ReadSoft Entrance' interpretation. Verifying is an interactive task: you work together with the program and select or type field values in order to ensure the correctness of the information.

Often, a document definition from a new sender shows suggestions for fields. You can look at the suggestions and select the one that is correct. If none of the suggestions matches the correct printed field on the document, you can save the definition for later optimization.
