Statistics about document definitions

The Document definitions dialog contains the following details about each document definition since it was learned. Each time you relearn a document definition using Optimize, its statistics are reset (except All-time total). You can also reset these statistics manually.

ID Kofax ReadSoft Entrance ID for the document definition.
Document profile The document profile that the document definition is connected to.
Corporate group ID The corporate group ID associated with the sender.
Sender number The sender number of the document definition.
Location The location of the sender.
Sender Name of the sender.
Description A description used to differentiate similar documents from the same sender.
Optimize Shows whether a Verify operator has indicated that the document definition needs to be optimized. Those have 99 in the Optimize column, instead of 0.
Total The number of documents that Interpret identified as belonging to this document definition and that were not changed by the user, plus the number that were identified in Verify. This is the total number of documents that belong to this document definition. This number is reset if the document definition changes.
All-time total The same as Total; however, this number is not reset when the document definition changes.

This column is important when deciding which document definitions to optimize.

Ident. rate The identification rate is the percentage of the documents for this document definition that were identified by Interpret.
Poorly interpreted The number of documents that have a high number (80%) of field errors. This number is only incremented when several documents with poor interpretation are processed within a short period of time.

Recommended: Delete document definitions with poor interpretation automatically. To do this, select Remove document definitions with poor performance in the Maintenance plan – New plan dialog when creating a maintenance plan.

Ident. in Interpret The number of documents that Interpret identified as belonging to this document definition. The first document for a new document definition is included in this statistic.
Ident. in Verify The number of documents that Interpret identified as belonging to a different document definition but that the user changed to this document definition in Verify.
Incorrect ident. The number of documents that Interpret identified as belonging to this document definition but that the user changed to a different document definition in Verify.
Status The document definition status.
Auto approve Indicates if documents that are connected to this document definition were automatically approved and sent to Transfer.
Created by Indicates the user who created the document definition.
Changed by Indicates the user who last modified the document definition.
Last used by Indicates the user who last used the document definition.
Type

Either XML (for XML invoices) or Paper (for all non-XML documents, for example scanned or imported images).

Scanner descr. The name of the scanner description that this document definition uses.
Created The date and time when the document definition was created.
Changed The most recent date and time when the document definition was changed.
Last used The most recent date and time when the document definition was used.
