Note Time period (From/To) Sets the scope of the production history. The graph will include all documents that entered the system during the specified time period. In The number of documents that entered the system during time period that you specify using From and To.

Note that if you right-click this column and select List documents, the number of documents in the list may be less than the total displayed in the column, because documents that are deleted are not included in the list. All documents are included, however, if you select the View process log menu item.

In progress Of the documents that entered the system during the selected time period, the number that are still being processed.

Note that the In progress bar is a subset of the documents counted by the In bar.

Out Of the documents that entered the system during the selected time period, the number that were also transferred and/or deleted from the system.

This includes documents that were transferred or deleted after the time period that you specify using From and To. In other words, the Out bar is a subset of the documents counted by the In bar but is not limited by the same time period.

Right-click a column to display a shortcut menu with these options:

List documents	Opens the Documents dialog.
View process log	Opens the Process log dialog.
Refresh list	Refreshes the graph to display the latest results. (Only useful when the selected Time period includes the current date.)
