The New/Copy/Upgrade document profile dialog

To access this dialog using Manager:

  • New document profile dialog: Select File > New, select Document profile in the dialog that is displayed, and click OK.
  • Copy document profile dialog: Right-click a document profile and select Copy.
  • Upgrade document profile dialog: Right-click a document profile that is open and inactive, and select Upgrade.

Use these settings when creating, copying, or upgrading a document profile:

Name The name of the document profile. This setting is read-only on the Upgrade document profile dialog.
Country The country your documents come from. This box determines which country profile is used.

This setting is read-only on the Upgrade document profile dialog. If you need to change the Country setting, please see Connecting fields to business logic.

Type The type of document. The available types depend on which country profile you use. Examples include PO for purchase order documents and GE for general expense documents.
Description A description of the selected document type.
Create/Upgrade Creates/updates the document profile as specified.
