The New/Copy/Upgrade document profile dialog
To access this dialog using Manager:
- New document profile dialog: Select , select Document profile in the dialog that is displayed, and click OK.
- Copy document profile dialog: Right-click a document profile and select Copy.
- Upgrade document profile dialog: Right-click a document profile that is open and inactive, and select Upgrade.
Use these settings when creating, copying, or upgrading a document profile:
Name | The name of the document profile. This setting is read-only on the Upgrade document profile dialog. |
Country | The country your
documents come from. This box determines which
country profile is used.
This setting is read-only on the Upgrade document profile dialog. If you need to change the Country setting, please see Connecting fields to business logic. |
Type | The type of document. The available types depend on which country profile you use. Examples include PO for purchase order documents and GE for general expense documents. |
Description | A description of the selected document type. |
Create/Upgrade | Creates/updates the document profile as specified. |
