Kofax ReadSoft Entrance cannot find a word within a field

Double-click the missing word in the document image. If Kofax ReadSoft Entrance displays “no object area found”, it means that this word was not found by Kofax ReadSoft Entrance.

Solution

This field must be learned manually in the Optimize so that Kofax ReadSoft Entrance can find the field. Select Invoice > Save to Optimize. When prompted to comment, specify what the problem was, and that the field position should be set to fixed.
