Archive paper invoices

Use batches to make it easier to find paper documents later on.

After you scan each batch, keep the paper documents together and archive them together with the batch report that was printed.

Each document or set in a batch is identified by unique batch data, for example, the batch number and the document number within the batch.

If you know the batch data for a document, you can easily find the original paper document if you want to examine it for any reason.
