List and search for batches

To list and search for batches using Manager:

  1. Display a list of batches in the database:

    List the batches for a document profile

    1. Click the Document profiles object bar.
    2. Right-click the document profile and select Batches.

    List the batches in a queue

    Note The name of the dialog is hidden if the dialog is docked (as it is by default).
  2. To search for certain batches, use the boxes at the top of the dialog. You can search by status, date, queues, and user-defined variables. (Examples.)
  3. To sort the list, click a column heading. This sorts the list according to the values in that column. Each time you click the sort order reverses.
