The Job description dialog: Buyer settings for Transfer

To access this dialog:

  1. Create or open a Transfer job description.
  2. Click Buyer.

When you create a job description, these settings determine which receivers document data is transferred for using the job.

Note There is a known issue with this feature. After new buyers are imported, it may appear that their data will not be included in the Transfer job, but if Select all receivers is selected for the job, the data is included regardless.

Select all receivers Select this option to transfer document data for all of the receivers in the receiver registry.
Note If there is only one receiver in the receiver registry, all documents will be connected to that receiver.
Select list of receivers Select this option to transfer data for only the selected receivers in the Receiver selection list.
Note If only one receiver is selected, all documents will be connected to that receiver.
Receiver selection Lists the receivers you can choose from when selecting specific receivers.
